• Customization service is welcome here. Please kindly tell us the size, material, quantity and other requirements.
• We accept small quantity and mixed color as trial order. MOQ is 5 pcs.
• Product photos and video can be provided for promotion. please contact us at any time if there is a demand after placing order.
• Fast delivery within 3-7 working days after placing order (except for customization).
Q2：What is your delivery time after finished payment?
A2: Usually, in-stock items will be shipped within 7 days, and customized products will be shipped within 15-30 days.
Q3: Can your product be customized?
A3: Sure, we support customization.
Q5:Can we print or laser our LOGO on your products?
A5: Sure, please kindly send us logo files in AI, CDR, HD picture (PDF, JPG) format.
Q6:Can I get samples?
A6:Sure, we will provide 1-2pcs free samples and you just need to undertake the freight cost. For custom printing sample, sample fee will be charged.
Q7: The express ( UPS / TNT / DHL / FEDEX ) lost / broken my parcel, how could I do?
A7: – If you didn’t receive your parcel in time. Please feel free to contact us, and we’ll track the parcel for you.
– If you receive it, but it’s broken, part or all of products broken, please take photo and refused to sign for it. Then please
send photo to us, we’ll contact the express for claim and re-make products for you for free if you still need them.
